Step 1
Remove all screws from the laptop's back cover.
Step 2
Use a plastic card to pry and scratch it slightly, which will make it easier to remove the back cover of the computer.

Start by disconnecting the battery from the motherboard. Carefully open the tab and gently pull it out to avoid damaging the connector.

Remove all screws from the battery.
