Step 1
Place the Acer laptop on a flat surface with its back facing up.

Find the battery area. The area outlined in red in the figure below is where the battery is connected to the motherboard. You need to hold the white interface with both hands and slowly remove the interface.

The battery is usually secured by two clips. Use an appropriate tool (such as a screwdriver) to remove the screws.

Remove the battery slowly.

When reinstalling the battery, align the battery clips into position, press firmly to ensure that the battery is firmly installed in place, screw back the screws, and insert the white connector back into the interface.
